Ingredients3 large Apples, cored and sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
1 pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup chives, chopped
Directions1. Preheat oven to 425º. Place apple slices on greased baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
2. Flip apple slices and generously spread cream cheese on each slice. Top with bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives. Bake again about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
